1. What type of parties and events do you cater for?
We cover all types of parties from childrens parties through to weddings, retirements, funerals. Whatever the occassion we can help.

2. What type of music tastes do you offer?
We cover music from the 1930's through to the present day and all genres. If you have any specific requirements please discuss this with us when you call.

3. Which areas do you cover?
We cover London, Kent, Surrey, Essex, Sussex and Hertfordshire. Covering Suffolk & Norfolk Soon (Make Your Booking Now) However we are not restricted to these areas, so please call us for more information.

4. How do I receive my 20% discount?
All you have to do to receive your 20% discount is to mention our website when booking a disco or karaoke with us.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
Fantasy Promotions accepts payment with cheques & postal orders or you can use paypal for a more secure payment method. You can pay via our payments link . (Any payments for deposits must be made 14 days prior to the event) We only accept cash payments on balances on the day/evening of any events to be paid on the DJ's arrival.

6. Do I have to pay a deposit for my booking?
Fantasy Promotions always sends a booking form to customers when they book a disco or karaoke & will require a minimum of �50-00 deposit on all bookings, Which can be paid by cheque & returned along with the booking form in our pre-paid envelopes or you can pay online via paypal on our payments link. All deposits must be made 14 days prior to the event. (Deposits are non-refundable)

7. How much notice do I have to give to cancel my booking?
All companies that deal with services at some point unfortunately get cancelled from time to time due to unforseen circumstances. We at Fantasy Promotions are no exception, But we do require at least 7 days notice for any cancellations or the full payment will be charged. (Any cancellations made within the required time will lose their deposit).

8. Does Fantasy Promotions hire the Disco/Karaoke equipment without DJ/Presenter.
Unfortunatel we do not hire just the equipment. This can work out more expensive when you just hire equipment. Most companies will probably charge you the same price to hire equipment as it would cost to have a mobile DJ/Presenter to do the show for you & they would also ask for a hefty deposit too, which you could lose if the equipment got damaged.
